Talk to us

Let's find the therapist who already gets your world.

A few gentle questions, no clinical words needed. At the end we will point you to a right-fit therapist and an open door. There is no obligation, and no pressure to book anything today.

Takes under a minute A real person replies Routed to the right fit, not just the founder
Step 1 of 3

What's the loudest thing for you right now?

There is no right answer. Pick the one that is most true today.

Prefer to just write to us?

Send a note instead.

No form is a commitment. Tell us as much or as little as you like, and a real person will reply, usually within a day.

By sending this you are not booking anything. We will simply reply and help you find the right fit.

After you press send

What actually happens next.

No call centre, no sales call, no being passed between people. Four steps, and you can stop at any of them.

1

A human reads it

Not a form parser. Someone on our team reads what you wrote, in full, usually the same day.

2

We shortlist two or three

Therapists whose training and lived understanding fit what you described, with a note on why each one.

3

You choose

If none of them feel right, say so and we look again. That is a normal thing to do, not a complaint.

4

You book directly

Fees are on the table before you commit. No package, no minimum, no lock-in.

How we match

What we are actually listening for.

Matching is not a personality quiz. It is a judgement about fit, and these are the things that move it.

  • The language you think in, not only the one you write in.
  • Whether you need someone who already understands caste, class, queerness or diaspora, so you are not teaching during your own hour.
  • The approach that suits the problem, rather than the one a therapist happens to prefer.
  • Practical fit: your timezone, your budget, and how soon you want to begin.
Before you fill it in

Reasonable things to wonder.

No. Filling it in books nothing and charges nothing. It starts a conversation, and you can end it at any point without explaining why.
That is the most common answer we get, and it is a fine place to start. Describe the day, or the feeling, or the thing you keep not saying. Naming it is the work, not the entry requirement.
A small internal team, under confidentiality. It is not shared with therapists you do not choose, and it is never used for marketing.
Usually the same day, and always within two working days. If you have not heard by then, something went wrong on our side and we would like to know.
Yes, and you do not need to justify it. For many people it is the difference between speaking freely and managing the room.
Say so in the form. Some of our therapists hold lower-fee slots, and we would rather match you to one of those than lose you to a price you cannot sustain.

An open door, never a countdown

We will not chase you with timers or "slots filling fast." When you are ready is the right time, and not before.

Matched to a real fit

Your note is read by a person and routed to the therapist who genuinely fits you, not simply whoever is free first.
